Job summary

• Essential: Practical trade or technical experience in a workshop setting.

• Essential: Confident communication with learners and colleagues.
• Desirable: Level 3 qualification in your trade or technical area.
• Desirable: Experience supporting learners or apprentices.

About the Role

An education provider in the North East is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of its workshop and support the delivery of practical training.

You’ll keep the workshop safe, organised and ready for teaching, preparing tools, equipment and materials so that practical sessions run smoothly. You’ll work alongside tutors and technical staff, and you’ll support learners during hands‑on activities as they build their skills and confidence.
