Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a workshop team of technicians.
• Strong focus on health and safety protocols.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and develop team skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team, driving productivity and efficiency.
• Be the go-to support for technicians and workshop staff.
• Provide technical knowledge to the team and customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job card write-ups to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to develop the next generation of technicians.
