Workshop Supervisor Master Technician - London

Position: Workshop Supervisor Master Technician

Location: London (Red 013063)

Type: Full-time, Temporary

Role Purpose
  1. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with H&S regulations, O Licence requirements, and DVSA standards.
  2. Support strategic planning of fleet operations and apply professional technical standards.
  3. Supervise the delivery of operational frameworks for fleet service initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement management processes for effective resource utilization.
  5. Assist and communicate with the Service Manager during maintenance and repair processes.
  6. Complete and submit all required documentation promptly.
  7. Participate in technical and leadership training from internal and external sources.
  8. Hold relevant licences to drive and test vehicles and equipment.
  9. Possess an O Licence and knowledge of H&S regulations and DVSA standards for Light and Heavy Goods Vehicles.
  10. Follow the Council’s safe working practices and risk assessments.
