Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Supervisor (CNC) in Skelmersdale to lead a busy machine shop serving bespoke manufacturing projects. You will oversee CNC milling and lathes, code and program Fanuc controls, and manage a team of skilled machinists, coordinating with project engineers to deliver on time and to spec.

Are you a Machine Shop Manager seeking a role within a family feel business where you will be the go to technical expert?

Do you have a background in CNC, Milling and Lathes, with any supervisory or management experience, looking to take the next step in your career with a company at the forefront of the manufacturing industry?

The role:

• Managing the machine shop floor
