Workshop Supervisor

Location: Orton Southgate, Peterborough
Salary: Circa £40,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced workshop professional with a background in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly? Do you have the leadership skills to supervise a team of 5-6 skilled technicians in a bespoke manufacturing environment?

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure quality standards are met.
2. Provide guidance and support to technicians in welding and fabrication processes.
3. Manage workflow and allocate tasks effectively to meet production deadlines.
4. Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
5. Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a workshop supervisory role.
2. Strong background in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
