Workshop Supervisor

Swansea

£38,000 - £40,000 + Development Programme + Progression Path + Overtime + Private Healthcare + Early Finish on Fridays + Package

Are you a Workshop Supervisor or similar looking to work for a company with a clear growth plan and a structured development programme where you can constantly improve yourself? Work for a leading engineering business who pride themselves on investing in their staff.

This expanding organisation repairs, services, and maintains mechanical engineering products used in various industries across the UK. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will manage a medium-sized team and help with the constant development and growth of the company and department.

Your Role As A Workshop Supervisor Will Include:

1. Workshop Supervisor - mechanical engineering environment
2. Assist the operations manager with running the whole workshop
3. Lead a team of 8 engineers / technicians
4. Carry out some overhauls and repairs of mechanical equipment

As A Workshop Supervisor You Will Have:

1. Experience as a Production / Engineering / Workshop Supervisor or similar
2. A background within an engineering environment - preferably mechanical engineering
3. Experience leading and/or managing/supervising a small team
4. Live commutable to Swansea
