Job Purpose

Are you motivated to take on new responsibilities and interested in becoming one of our new Supervisors? We have several openings for Supervisors in our Vessel and Rig Departments. These positions are open to all qualified applicants.

Job Description

Main responsibility: Lead the work of Workshop Technicians, ensuring production and performance commitments are met.

  • Act as a role model to inspire a team of engaged workers
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to create a positive and motivating work environment
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and delivery requirements; update weekly plans with the workshop team
  • Participate actively in project meetings
  • Oversee workflow, drive 5S and Lean processes, and implement improvements safely and positively
  • Interpret specifications and make sound judgments related to production processes
  • Coordinate workshop activities, including providing technical support and engaging support services as needed
  • Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards and implement safety programs
  • Manage daily tasks such as attendance, scheduling, and procedures
