Benjamin Grace is recruiting for an exciting Workshop Supervisor opportunity with a leading engineering organisation. This is a fantastic role for an individual with a background in HGV maintenance or heavy engineering, ready to take on a hands-on leadership position across multiple sites.

Workshop Supervisor Multi-Site (North East Lincolnshire, Essex, Merseyside)

Primary base iwill be North East Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee workshop operations across three key locations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and maintenance standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement effective maintenance schedules.
Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold operational and safety standards.
Mentor apprentices, contributing to skill development and team growth.
Travel between sites as required (travel and accommodation support provided).


Experience in HGV maintenance, heavy plant, or industrial engineering.
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols, compliance, and safety standards.
A proactive leader with a passion for training and development.
