Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Workshop QC Inspector to become a key player in our client’s dedicated Quality Department.In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of accuracy, competence, and mentorship. You’ll help ensure our workshop operations consistently meet the stringent quality benchmarks our clients rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Workshop QC Inspector, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting pre-weld visual inspections, fit-ups, and post-weld assessments.
  • Verifying compliance with engineering drawings and welding procedures.
  • Identifying and documenting repairs and rework needs.
  • Assisting with the coordination and tracking of NDT activities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping of inspection results.

  • Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • CSWIP 3.0 qualification desired.
  • Strong knowledge of various welding processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with structural materials and workshop standards.
