Hourly pay of £18 – £19
22 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you’ll be based in Corby and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of brand-new construction machinery. Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plant machinery including crawlers, excavators, wheel loaders, compact wheels, loaders, dump trucks, dozers, and more.
You will be required to do occasional weekends (usually a Saturday) which are paid at time and a half.
This Workshop Plant Fitter position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work in a team that values quality and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, reporting issues, and documenting all checks in line with company procedures. No two days are the same, and your proactive approach will be key to success.

To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a:
PDI Engineer, Plant Engineer, Service Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Agricultural Technician, HGV Technician, Construction Plant Fitter, or Mechanical Technician.
