Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Haddenham is seeking a Workshop Assistant to support a busy manufacturing workshop. You will assist with glass cutting processes, prepare products for the consumer, seal and finish glass units, and help with deliveries while learning all workshop operations.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers an ongoing training programme and genuine opportunities for career progression. An immediate start is available in a supportive team environment.

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our clients busy manufacturing workshop in Haddenham, on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn all aspects of the workshop environment.

The successful candidate will support the smooth running of daily operations and receive training across a variety of production processes, with genuine opportunities for progression.

• Supporting general workshop operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

About You

• Excellent attention to detail

• Eager to learn new skills and support the wider team
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Forklift experience or a valid Forklift Licence would be advantageous
