Workshop Operative - Newport - Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

Working in all areas of the depot, the role of a Workshop Operative is a busy supporting role, providing support to our logistics, transport, customer service and engineering teams. This can include deliveries and collections, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading as well as stock control.

We work proudly with a team culture, so adaptability and communication is key.Most importantly, ensuring a safe environment for your colleagues and customers is a major factor in this role.

For us to help you on your journey to success, here's what you will need:

  • Driving licence
  • I.T skills required as tech platforms used to move and load equipment (Training will be provided),
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • Able to adapt quickly to support others
  • Commitment to learn and develop
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
  • be willing to take a fork lift course
  • Good Housekeeping skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be able to work within a small team
