The role
As a Workshop Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting workshop performance, helping to drive safety, productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations. Working closely with supervisors and stakeholders, you'll provide the coordination, analysis, and operational support that keeps workshop activities running efficiently and safely.

Essential experience of the Workshop Operations Manager:
Qualifications for the Workshop Operations Manager:
Educated to Level 2 in the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) or equivalent workplace experience. This may include an Intermediate Apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSEs, O Levels, or equivalent qualifications.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
