Job summary

A local vehicle service provider in Worcester is seeking a full-time workshop mechanic to maintain and service their fleet as well as customer vehicles. Ideal candidates should have experience with modern diagnostic equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. An MOT tester qualification would be advantageous. Training on internal systems will be provided.

Job description

We require a full-time experienced & qualified self-motivated workshop mechanic based at our Kidderminster depot.

Duties will include carrying out servicing and maintenance of our smaller fleet vehicles and customer vehicles, including repairs, MOT preparation and ensuring the workshop is kept as a hazard free, clean environment.

You must be converse with all modern diagnostic equipment, have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure using your own initiative. You should be organised and able to use a computer. training will be given to use our internal systems where required.
