The role focuses on maintaining equipment, improving productivity, and effective communication with internal teams and external customers. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a workshop team.
• Engineering experience and knowledge of plant and tools.
• Experience in Plant Maintenance is preferred.
• Experience maintaining workshop equipment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good problem solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy/IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and lead the workshop team to meet targets and deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure equipment is available and assets are kept moving to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with Hire Desk, customers and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Support training and development to grow team capability.
