Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is working with a Dudley-based industrial automotive specialist to recruit a Workshop Manager for their pump repair workshop. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee pump strip-downs, inspections, machining, assembly and testing, and drive high standards of repair and service.

The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm) with optional overtime. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000 plus overtime, training and progression opportunities.
