This is a fantastic time to join the Royal Mail Fleet team as we progress on our journey towards net zero, targeting an all-electric delivery fleet by 2035. This is a huge undertaking with over 50,000 vehicles and trailer assets, from buying and selling vehicles, providing maintenance and accident repairs, to managing fuel and supplier contracts.

You will be critical to ensuring the delivery of Fleet performance and for meeting the requirements of the Operator in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will also:

For this role, you need to be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3) in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification. You are an established team leader with relevant Industry knowledge and experience of dispersed maintenance operations.
