Qualifications

• Proven experience as a workshop controller or in a managerial role within a bodyshop setting.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of bodyshop processes and customer service standards.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Industry qualifications and insurance liaison experience preferred.
