Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure dans les secteurs des engins ou des chariots élévateurs nécessaire.
• Expérience avec systèmes hydrauliques, mécaniques, et électriques exigée.
• Permis de conduire de plein droit du Royaume-Uni requis.

Responsibilities

• Gérer l'équipe de service au dépôt, effectuer formation du personnel et évaluations.
• Surveiller les opérations quotidiennes du dépôt pour efficacité.
• Servir d'intermédiaire avec les clients pour assurer service efficient.

The Package:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the service team at the depot, carrying out staff training, recruitment, development, and appraisals.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly documentation to report to management.
• Oversee daily operations of the depot, ensuring that all work is completed as effectively and efficiently as possible by the service team.
• Liaise with clients to ensure they receive efficient service and all their needs are met to a satisfactory level.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of all services completed.
• Ensure that the workshop runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, dealing with any potential problems efficiently.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in the plant or forklift industries (essential)
• Experience with hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)
• Experience working with engines and batteries (essential)
• Electrical and/or mechanical fault finding, repair, and service experience
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering) are advantageous
• Full UK driver's license
