Are you an experienced HGV Fleet Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a driven, hands-on Workshop Manager to oversee operations across a VMU. This is a pivotal role with strong leadership responsibility and real potential for career growth.

The Role:

• Lead and manage day-to-day depot operations across the site.
• Oversee all aspects of HGV fleet performance, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure legal and regulatory standards are always met.
• Inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HGV Fleet Management – essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing teams.
• Solid understanding of transport compliance and industry standards.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites (vehicle provided).
