• Time-served in the welding and fabrication industry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Proven leadership skills, able to organise and motivate teams.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Engineers and delegate tasks to shop floor employees.
• Manage shop floor and site teams, troubleshooting and resolving work-related issues.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
