ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead 11 engineers across two sites in the North West. The role combines hands-on leadership with technical oversight, focusing on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will be the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring high standards and proactive problem solving while supporting the ongoing growth of the engineering operation.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment
• Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components

Salary: £50,000 – £54,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

The Opportunity

As Workshop Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader

• Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role
• Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites
