Overview

Workshop Manager/ Vehicle Technician required for an automotive independent garage in the Aylesbury area.

The salary offered is £40,000 with hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Duties

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
• Looking After the Repair Centre Site

Requirements

• Previous experience running a workshop
• Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
• Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Offer support and help to your colleagues
• Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
• Full UK Driving Licence
