Workshop/ Job Coordinator & Administrator

A vacancy exists for a self-motivated, conscientious person to assist in running a busy, expanding marine engineering business in Southampton.

In the role of Workshop/Job Coordinator & Administrator, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. The right applicant will have a confident customer approach and telephone manner, ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling work, ordering parts, sales invoicing, and attending to emails, etc., and personally assist with the day-to-day running of the business. Salary basic is £22,000 - £28,000 pa., with a bonus scheme that can target up to £35,000 pa.

Workshop control is through a modern electronic system; therefore, keyboard and MS Office skills are required, as is a current driver's license, while an engineering background would be an advantage.
