About the Role
As Workshop Foreman / Manager, you will lead a team of plant fitters and yard operatives in a busy South London depot. You ll be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for dispatch. A typical day includes overseeing servicing schedules, conducting inspections, managing workshop productivity, delegating repairs, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are met.

About You
To thrive as a Workshop Foreman / Manager, you ll have prior experience supervising a plant hire or construction equipment workshop. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to use digital systems for service records and order tracking will be essential. In-depth knowledge of construction plant equipment is essential.
