About the Role

As Workshop Foreman / Manager, you will lead a team of plant fitters and yard operatives in a busy South London depot. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for dispatch. A typical day includes overseeing servicing schedules, conducting inspections, managing workshop productivity, delegating repairs, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are met.

This is a newly created role within a growing organisation – you’ll have genuine influence and the opportunity to shape how the workshop runs.

About You

To thrive as a Workshop Foreman / Manager, you’ll have prior experience supervising a plant hire or construction equipment workshop.
