Workshop Foreman – Heavy Plant & Equipment

A major rentals business specialising in Heavy Plant & Equipment is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the workshop and perform repairs on machinery.

Role: Workshop Foreman

Area: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 per year / £21.15 per hour + benefits

The requirements of the Workshop Foreman will be:

  • Supervise daily workshop operations and manage maintenance schedules
  • Perform heavy equipment repairs
  • Ensure safety standards are met
  • Coordinate with the service team
  • Oversee workshop tasks
  • Work Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm

The ideal candidate for Workshop Foreman will have:

  • Supervisory and communication skills
  • Experience with heavy equipment and maintenance
  • Knowledge of heavy plant
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the plant rental or related industry is a plus
