A major rentals business specialising in Heavy Plant & Equipment is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the workshop and perform repairs on machinery.

Role: Workshop Foreman

Area: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 per year / £21.15 per hour + benefits

What’s on Offer:

The requirements of the Workshop Foreman will be:

Supervise daily workshop operations and manage maintenance schedules
Perform heavy equipment repairs
Ensure safety standards are met
Coordinate with the service team
Oversee workshop tasks
Work Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm

The ideal candidate for Workshop Foreman will have:

Supervisory and communication skills
Experience with heavy equipment and maintenance
Knowledge of heavy plant
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in the plant rental or related industry is a plus
