A leading brand in the supply and maintenance of plant machinery. This company offers a service and maintenance package to multiple clients for Heavy Plant Machinery mainly working on Telehandlers and Roto.

What is on offer for the Workshop Fitter?
  1. £40,425k Salary
  2. 1.25x Overtime
  3. 25 days holidays plus the bank holidays
Main Responsibilities for the Workshop Fitter
  1. VOR Engineer covering the below on various plant equipment:
  2. Routine maintenance and breakdowns on machinery
  3. PDI, LOLER Inspections
  4. Warranty repairs.
  5. Damage repairs.
  6. Clear and detailed reporting of work carried out and repairs necessary on engineer iPad
  7. Manage all above to ensure 100% recovery.
Work experience requirements for the Workshop Fitter:
  1. Background in heavy plant, material handling, or automotive with a strong desire to learn.
  2. Strong background in Plant industry preferred.
  3. NVQ Level 2/3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent preferred.
  4. CSCS card holder is preferred
  5. Experience of diagnostic tools and computer software including Engine diagnostics
  6. Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  7. Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  8. Preferred dealer experience but not essential
