Role involves team collaboration, manual handling, and following strict procedures. Temp to Perm contract with rotating shifts; competitive hourly pay and structured shifts to fit availability.

Qualifications

Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £13.43 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rotating Shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm THEN 2:00pm - 10:00pm

About the Role

Our Client is seeking reliable and hardworking Galvanising Operatives to join their production team. This role involves working as part of a team to prepare, handle, and finish metal products through the galvanising process, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the galvanising process, preparing metal components for treatment
• Operate equipment safely and follow all production procedures
• Handle and move materials using appropriate manual handling techniques
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times

About You

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial work is beneficial
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
