A growing materials handling solutions company is seeking a skilled workshop engineer to support the maintenance of assets and inspections. The ideal candidate will work closely with field engineers, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts. The role is pivotal in maintaining safety and service quality, within a supportive family business atmosphere.
Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours per week, 08:00 and 17:30 - You are also required to work such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties or that may be required to fulfil role.

Monday to Friday 45 hours per week, 08:00 and 17:30 – You are also required to work such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties or that may be required to fulfil role.
To support the Workshop Manager in successful delivery of maintenance of assets, inspections, prep for sales and repairs in a professional manner. Ensure that workshop and on-site activities are carried out safely.
Ensure that all work is delivered to the required HSEQ standards required and that the workshop team continually strive for continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Service Admin and Parts team both at branch and head office level.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
