Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is looking for a Workshop Engineer to join a busy engineering workshop in West Brom. You will repair, refurbish and maintain a wide range of mechanical equipment and machinery, including gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment.

The role offers a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, with full training and induction, overtime opportunities, a company pension and healthcare. Hands-on experience in a workshop environment and mechanical fitting are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical engineering experience required
• Experience in a workshop or engineering environment essential
• Practical background in mechanical fitting, assembly and fault finding desired

Responsibilities

• Repair, refurbishment and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Work with gearboxes, pumps, rotating machinery and motors.
• Ensure equipment reliability through fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance
