Job summary

Iron & Earth Equipment Ltd is looking for a workshop engineer to join the Berkeley-based team. You will diagnose faults, perform PDIs in the workshop, and carry out servicing of machinery in a well-equipped facility. The role requires experience with machinery, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork, with a focus on safety.

Job description

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional workshop engineer to join our team in Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently being able to diagnose and resolve breakdown faults.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) in workshop to ensure equipment meets high-quality standards.
• Conduct minor repairs and refurbishments of equipment in our well-equipped workshop.
• Carry out servicing of machinery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrate experience in working on machinery, preferably in the construction plant or agricultural sector - 3 Years (required)
• A hardworking individual with a positive "can-do" attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers.
