Job Description

We have a new opening for a Workshop Technician to join a market-leading Construction Equipment Manufacturing business based in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a well-established brand, where you will receive extensive training, skill development, and career progression.


You will be responsible for providing technical support on all machinery in the workshop, within an environment that offers excellent working conditions, becoming an integral part of a close-knit friendly team.


Responsibilities of the Role
  1. Carry out service, repair, and maintenance on a range of cranes within the workshop.
  2. Identify faults within hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  3. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems.
  4. Perform assigned tasks safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements of the Role
  • Hold an NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in Engineering.
  • Previous experience working on HGVs, Heavy Goods Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Buses, Coaches, Plant Machinery, or Construction Equipment.
  • Must be a team player and willing to learn.
