Job summary

Motus Commercials in Chester is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices at our Deeside site. You will drive daily planning and ensure KPI targets are met, while delivering outstanding service to customers and franchise partners.

Responsibilities include liaising with Service Advisors, optimizing MOT pass rates, and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• DAF product knowledge is an advantage.
• Motor trade experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and maintain service standards.
