My client, an established main dealership, is seeking a Workshop Controller for their busy workshop in Surrey / Sussex.

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a demanding and busy role. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and delegating workshop tasks. Additionally, you'll liaise with the body-shop reception regarding vehicles in the workshop and inform them of any additional work required.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a workshop controller, with excellent organisational and management skills, and a hands-on approach.

Experience in the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential.
