What You’ll Be Doing

As Workshop Controller, you’re the engine that keeps the workshop running smoothly. You’ll manage workflow, support your team, and make sure every vehicle leaves in top condition.

Your day-to-day will include:

Allocating jobs and managing technician workloads

Monitoring repair progress, productivity, and quality

Collaborating with VDAs, parts teams, and customer-facing staff
