Workshop Controller (Bodyshop)
Up to £46,500 per annum
45 hours per week
Location: Exeter EX2

About the role
As Workshop Controller you will:

  1. Plan and organise workflows
  2. Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
  3. Undertake quality inspections
  4. Update customers on repair methods and estimated completion dates
  5. Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales
  6. Undertake staff reviews

Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance.

Highly organised with a detailed understanding of repair methods and with a proven track record of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a 'right-first-time' focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development.
