Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is seeking a proactive Branch/Depot Maintenance Technician to manage upkeep across our branch facilities and depot areas. You will ensure spaces are clean, safe, and functional, supporting daily operations and the integrity of equipment.

The role features a 26k+ salary, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with responsibilities spanning housekeeping, safety, and depot duties to keep the site welcoming for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Reliable, practical and proactive approach to work.
• Organisational skills and initiative for workload planning.
• Experience in a busy workshop/depot environment is desirable.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Flexible with a willingness to undertake varied depot tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the workshop and depot.
• Clean and maintain external areas, including the car park.
• Empty workshop bins and clean pits; handle spillages promptly and safely.
• Perform general housekeeping and labouring duties as required.
• Handle cleaning products and hazardous liquids safely.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safe working practices.
• Assist with other general depot duties as needed.

Your expertise will help create an inviting environment for staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining the integrity of our equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
