Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in motor claims or automotive workshops is preferred.
• Strong interest in cars and customer service.
• Good communication skills and a positive, learning attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with accident reporting and explain the motor claims process
• Liaise with insurance companies on claims submission and reporting matters
• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates for surveyors/insurers
• Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs
• Perform admin tasks: costing checks, claims handling, and spare parts purchasing
• Provide servicing or accident repair quotations to customers and follow up on repair status
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in motor claims or automotive workshops preferred
• Fresh graduates or no experience? No worries — we provide full training!
• Strong interest in cars and customer service
• Good communication skills and a positive, learning attitude
• Prior experience in authorised workshops or service centres is a plus
