PRIZE PLACEMENTS LIMITED in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking a Workshop, Calibration & Testing Engineer. You will assemble mechanical products, interpret engineering drawings and work from drawings to build equipment and components.

The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, drilling and tapping, wiring, cable preparation and termination, and experience with crimping and soldering. You will juggle multiple calibration projects and produce accurate result reports.

• Experience using hand tools for assembly and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience wiring and terminating cables and connectors.
• Crimping and soldering experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple calibration projects.

Workshop, Calibration & Testing Engineer Required for leading Mechanical / Engineering company based in Redhill, Surrey.

You will be responsible for assembling mechanical products / equipment / machinery / instruments / components. Working from Engineering Drawings.

You must be confident in use of hand tools, drilling and tapping metal.Fitting Components, pipe / tube work.You will be required to interpret engineering drawings, work with instructions.Have experience in wiring, cable preparation, terminating cables, fitting electrical components / connectors.Experience in crimping and soldering experience.
