Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented Workshop and Warehouse Assistant to join our client’s team. The role offers standard hours of 40 per week, with a package including:

• Salary of £25,000 per year
• One additional day off after three years, increasing annually
• Training on internal and external systems

The Role

As a Workshop and Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workshop
• Liaising with the Purchasing/Stores Officer to ensure smooth store operations and dispatch
• Managing packing and dispatch of goods
• Signing for and inspecting inbound deliveries
• Keeping storage, dispatch, and assembly areas tidy

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment. Additional requirements include:

• Conscientiousness and hard work
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Counterbalance forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
• Availability for overtime opportunities
