Job Title: Workshop Administrator

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: 12.75 per hour

Hours: Full Time (Apply online only) hrs Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Workshop Administrator to join our team and keep the engine of our workshop running smoothly.

Role Overview:
As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of our workshop operations. You'll be the link between the workshop team, management, and customers — ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and workshop team.
  2. Schedule and manage workshop bookings and workload.
  3. Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and workshop documentation.
  4. Liaise with customers, providing updates and clear communication.
  5. Process job cards, invoices, and internal paperwork.
  6. Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
  7. Assist with stock control and ordering of workshop supplies.

About You:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in a workshop/technical environment preferred).
  2. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
  6. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
