Job summary

A housing association is seeking a Work Scheduler based in Salford. You will be the main point of contact between customers and trade operatives, managing work scheduling and facilitating repair services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. This position contributes to maintaining productivity and improving customer satisfaction.

Job description

As a Work Scheduler, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and trade operatives, actively supporting the operational delivery teams to maintain productivity and improve customer satisfaction.

The postholder will:

1. Issue and control works and track progress.
2. Liaise with tenants and plan work scheduling.
3. Make appointments to facilitate effective repair services.
4. Work in conjunction with the Asset Team and Cobalt Housing, liaising with tenants to update and facilitate the smooth delivery of our maintenance services, both reactive and planned.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role.
