What you’ll do as the works electrical engineer:

As the senior electrical engineer / works electrical engineer, you will operate within a lean manufacturing environment and provide leadership to the electrical engineering department. Your focus will be on the following: –

  • Leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
  • Supporting hands-on electrical maintenance engineering for complex tasks.
  • PLC systems.
  • Drives and motors.

To be successful in your application for the works electrical engineer / senior electrical engineer position, you will need the following: –

  • A strong electrical maintenance engineering background.
  • A proven track record of solving electrical engineering problems.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

The package on offer:

A salary of up to £60,000, a relocation allowance of up to £15K, of which up to £8K is tax-free, plus a bonus of up to 10%, a call-out allowance of £2,500, a 5% pension and 25 + 8 holidays.
