Job Description

Manage and direct the Works Delivery team to deliver inspection, maintenance, and renewal of assets to standards. Manage activities within resource levels, budgets, and unit costs to meet safety, asset performance, cost, and quality targets.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Manage and direct the Works Delivery team and Contractors to achieve business and functional objectives and meet KPIs.
  2. Develop team members and foster engagement.
  3. Ensure staff competence and welfare.
  4. Follow company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain effective service to customers and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure work safety according to procedures and instructions.
  7. Implement safety, asset performance, and efficiency initiatives.
  8. Develop work plans for safe, efficient, and compliant work delivery.
  9. Oversee inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal activities.
  10. Check quality and compliance of work and assets.
  11. Prepare work specifications, method statements, and scopes of work.
  12. Update systems, databases, and records.
  13. Conduct staff surveillance and asset condition checks.
  14. Contribute to personal and team development.
