Job summary

Mazars LLP is seeking a Workplace Solutions Lead within the BizTech IT Operations Service Delivery team. The role focuses on third-line endpoint delivery and associated services across Cloud, Hosted, and On-Premise platforms.

You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership in a dynamic transformation program. Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft stack experience, including Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Power Platform, plus an ability to work with diverse

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support for M365 Suite - Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint On-Prem & Online, OneDrive and Teams
• Maintain and configure Intune/ autopilot
• Work with MSP to optimize client support
• Responsible for the oversight and Support for End-Point imaging, Patching and Updates
• Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting of L2-L3 issues
• Prioritize support and maintenance tasks to meet SLAs
• Support Build, configure & deployment of new desktop/laptop/server/network equipment
• Support the organization through the use of Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of procedures and system support processes
