Workplace Manager

Contract: Workplace. Location: Weybridge, KT13 0SL. Hours of work: 40. Contract Type: Permanent.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Workplace Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, safety, and service delivery within one of our key ISS UK sites. This role is central to ensuring a first-class workplace experience for all building users. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of building operations, contractor management, and workplace services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Job Description

As the driving force on site, you will identify and report building defects, manage on-site activities with engineers and suppliers, and act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters. You will play a vital role in communicating and executing the property and workplace strategy, fostering collaboration between the property, technical services, and FM teams to deliver continuous improvement and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily building operations, ensuring smooth and safe service delivery.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality management systems.
  • Identify and report defects, coordinating remedial works where required.
  • Act as the main on-site contact for engineers, property teams, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate site records and communications with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support workplace engagement initiatives.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Workplace, Front of House (FOH) Management, or Office Management.
