  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • £14.50 per hour + Sodexo benefits

  What you'll do:

  • Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • Preparing the client floor for the day, regularly checking meeting rooms are ready to be used.

  • Booking hospitality events and liaising with hospitality provider to place orders.

  • Ordering hospitality consumables from Sodexo nominated suppliers.

  • Report any issues regarding AV equipment to client support team.

  • Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Working closely with client security management to support visitor and staff access requirements when necessary.

  • First aider and fire officer duties (full training provided).

  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting client meeting area.

  • Carry out administrative tasks using client systems.

  • Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.

• What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.

  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.

  • Proficient with Office 365, Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
