Acting as a warm and professional first point of contact, you’ll support client visits, manage front-of-house services, and contribute to a seamless and engaging daily experience for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver unexpected moments through service, events, and surprises
  • Act as a natural host, making guests and colleagues feel welcome
  • Main contact for colleagues and visitors, answering queries and booking guests
  • Support the workplace lead with process decisions to enhance experience
  • Build relationships and note preferences to personalise future visits
  • Report maintenance or service needs to relevant departments promptly
  • Assist with community initiatives, building tours, and colleague engagement

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Corporate, hospitality or customer service experience required
  • Confident using systems like MS Office with strong accuracy
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible, motivated, and committed attitude
  • Basic understanding of health and safety responsibilities
