Job Overview
Working Well is commissioned by Essex County Council and sits within the Essex Wellbeing Service. The programme aims to support the holistic health and wellbeing of any workplace based in Essex. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated training practitioner to join our team as part of a 2 year fixed-term contract to update our existing eLearning and organise and deliver additional training, webinars and guest speaker sessions.
The 2 year contract will focus on reducing health inequalities and improving mental health literacy of the Essex routine and manual workforce, in line with Essex County Council's Everyone's Essex, Public Health and Communities Business Plan 2025-2028 and the new national NICE Guidance (212) around workplace mental health.
